Apply for a Rental
Thank you for your interest in applying for one of our rental properties.
We require potential tenants to supply us with proof of income when applying for a property. Proof of income can be:
- Two most recent pay stubs
- SSI/SSDI
- Court ordered child support
- Bank statements
- Official offer letter
Co-applicants or co-signers are also required to submit this proof of income.
Your gross monthly income needs to equal at least 3x the monthly rent. Incomes are combined if more than one person will be on the lease.
Apply with a Paper Application
A paper application is available at our office, and requires a $45 payment by cash or money order.
