Online Access

You will notice at the top right hand corner for each page is a “Tenant Login”. The online portal makes it easy and convenient to pay your rent or report a maintenance issue about your unit.

Maintenance and After Hours Emergencies

You may call Waymark’s maintenance line any time you have an issue. Our 24/7 call center will direst your call. No heat and temperatures below 50 degrees, no bathroom facilities, a water leak and no water are considered emergencies and will be handled immediately. All other issues will be addressed the next business day.

Safety

Safety is important to all of us. Notify the office with any concerns you may have about the property or unit that you live in. During inclement weather, please use caution as you enter and leave. All tenants are responsible for ensuring your own safety by clearing your sidewalks, walkways and steps. If you live in a multi-unit property and ice melt is needed, please call the in advance for this to be replenished or delivered.

Lease Terms

Lease terms vary depending on the owners wishes and will automatically convert at the end of 1 year. Make sure to keep a copy of your lease and refer to it with any questions. Refer to your lease or call the office with any questions you may have about giving proper notice when you plan to terminate your lease. We will be happy to discuss with you the requirements and walk you through the move out process.

Regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on most major holidays.
