What To Do For An After Hours Emergency
When an after hours emergency strikes and our office is not open, you may call our emergency number. What is constituted as an emergency is no heat and temperatures below 50 degrees, no bathroom facilities, a water leak and no water. All other issues will be addressed the next business day.
Issues of Safety
Safety is important to all of us. Notify the office with any concerns you may have about the property or unit that you live in. During inclement weather, please use caution as you enter and leave. All tenants are responsible for ensuring your own safety by clearing your sidewalks, walkways and steps. If you live in a multi-unit property and ice melt is needed, please call the office in advance for this to be replenished or delivered.
Lease terms vary depending on the owners wishes and will automatically convert at the end of 1 year. Make sure to keep a copy of your lease and refer to it with any questions. Refer to your lease or call the office with any questions you may have about giving proper notice when you plan to terminate your lease. We will be happy to discuss with you the requirements and walk you through the move out process.
Regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on most major holidays. Occasionally, we may be able to answer your phone call. We do have voicemail and voicemail is checked regularly. Your call will be returned in a timely manner when you leave your name, address of where you are calling from and best phone number to reach you.
